We are seeking an ambitious Domiciliary Care Coordinator to join a newly established home care branch in Chichester. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the scheduling and coordination of care staff to meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate care records and ensure compliance with CQC standards.
- Liaise with clients, families, and staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Support recruitment, induction, and training of care staff.
- Contribute to service growth through excellent customer service and relationship management.
- Prepare to step into the Registered Manager position as the branch expands.
- Previous experience as a Care Coordinator or in a similar role within domiciliary care.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and home care operations.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ambition to progress into a Registered Manager role.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (minimum), with willingness to work towards Level 5.
- Salary up to £35,000 per annum.
