Key responsibilities
- Support nurses, consultants, and embryologists during consultations and procedures
- Prepare clinical areas and equipment in line with infection control standards
- Provide patient reassurance, guidance, and aftercare information
- Carry out observations, record keeping, and administrative tasks as required
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the clinic’s commitment to high-quality care
- Previous HCA experience in a hospital, clinic, or women’s health setting (fertility experience an advantage)
- Care Certificate or equivalent healthcare training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
