Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm / 9:00am – 6:00pm (flexible, with on-call duties)
Benefits: Mileage allowance or company car
Care Hours: Currently 750 per week – with plans to grow
We are seeking an experienced and driven Registered Domiciliary Manager to lead and grow our community care service in Hemel Hempstead. This is an exciting opportunity for a manager with a track record in expanding services, developing teams, and ensuring compliance, to take an already thriving service to the next level.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for the overall management of the domiciliary care service, ensuring it delivers high-quality, person-centred care to a diverse client base. The role will focus on service growth, maintaining full regulatory compliance, and developing a motivated, high-performing care team.
Client Base:

• Local Authority contracts
• NHS partnerships
• Private clients

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of 750+ weekly care hours, with a focus on growth
• Lead, motivate, and develop the staff team
• Maintain compliance with CQC standards and company policies
• Manage relationships with clients, families, commissioners, and other stakeholders
• Drive recruitment and retention to support expansion plans

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Registered Domiciliary Care Manager
• Proven success in growing care services
• Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and best practice in home care
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
