Lead a well-established, 40-bed nursing and residential home specializing in dementia and general nursing care. Manage and support your team to deliver outstanding person-centered care and maintain the highest operational standards.

- Qualified Home Manager with Level 5 in Leadership & Management.
- Experience managing a 40+ bed care home, including dementia care.
- Strong clinical and operational background; knowledge of CQC regulations.
- Confident leader with excellent people management skills.
