Location: Greater Manchester Area
Salary: £40,000 – £42,000 Bonuses
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Remote Work: 1 day working from home per week
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Registered Domiciliary Manager to lead and develop our domiciliary care service based in the Bolton area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of CQC regulations, and a passion for delivering high-quality care in the community.
Key Information:

• Care Hours: Managing a service delivering approximately 1000 hours of care per week
• Care Categories: Primarily elderly care, alongside clients with mental health needs and learning disabilities
• Client Base: A mixture of local authority funded and private clients
• Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, with flexibility and 1 day WFH available

About the Role:
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall quality, compliance, and performance of the service. You will ensure that care is delivered to the highest standards, lead and support the care team, and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a domiciliary care service
• Knowledge of CQC requirements and regulations
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support staff
• Commitment to continuous improvement in care delivery
