We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Registered Home Manager to lead and manage our specialist service supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex care needs.
About the Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance are maintained. You will lead and support your team, promote positive outcomes for service users, and build strong relationships with families, professionals, and the wider community.
