We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Supported Living service in Slough. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader with experience in learning disabilities, mental health, or wider care backgrounds to manage and grow a high-quality service.
About the Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will oversee the delivery of person-centred care and support, ensuring the service remains fully compliant with CQC standards. You will lead and develop a dedicated staff team, maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across the service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the supported living service
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies
- Lead, mentor, and develop your team to deliver outstanding support
- Promote independence, dignity, and choice for service users
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with families and local authorities
- Previous management or deputy management experience in care (supported living, domiciliary, or residential)
- Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and best practice in adult social care
- Experience working with Learning Disabilities and/or Mental Health (other care backgrounds also considered)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Ready to start immediately
