Additional Pay: £50 per night for sleep-ins

💼 About the Role Are you ready to take on a new challenge in a brand-new children’s home? We’re looking for compassionate and resilient Residential Support Workers to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD), SEMH, and complex needs.
As a Support Worker, you’ll provide high-quality care, promote positive development, and help young people build brighter futures. This is your chance to be part of something exciting from the very start!

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Build trusting relationships and provide day-to-day support to children and young people.
• Support education, health, and social development, empowering young people to reach their potential.
• Contribute to care planning, risk assessments, and behaviour support strategies.
• Encourage participation in daily routines, activities, and decisions affecting their lives.
• Work as part of a team to maintain a safe, nurturing, and positive environment.
• Participate in sleep-in shifts (paid at £50 per night) to ensure consistent care.

📌 What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people in a care, education, or community setting – desirable but not essential (full training provided).
• Must be willing to enrol onto the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare if not already qualified.
• A caring, resilient, and positive attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
