Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care across a range of outpatient clinics.
- Provide clinical support across specialties including Urology, ENT, and more.
- Mentor and guide junior nurses and healthcare assistants.
- Assist consultants with procedures and ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Maintain accurate patient records in line with policies and regulations.
- Contribute to service improvements and patient experience initiatives.
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN).
- Previous experience in outpatients or relevant clinical settings.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
