We are recruiting for an experienced and ambitious Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to lead a well-established, high-volume service in Stockport, currently delivering around 3,000 care hours per week.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a large, diverse service, supporting a range of service users while driving quality, compliance, and continued growth.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a large domiciliary care service
- Manage and develop approximately 3,000 care hours per week
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, and quality standards
- Lead, support, and develop office and care teams
- Oversee care planning, rotas, and service delivery
- Work across a diverse client base including mental health, learning disabilities, elderly, and children
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders
- Drive service growth and continuous improvement
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
- Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Experience managing high-volume care hours and complex services
- Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Salary of £40,000 per annum
- Regular pay reviews
- Established service delivering 3,000 hours per week
