Job Title: Regional Support Manager – Children’s Residential Care
Location: Leeds (covering Leeds to Leicester region)
Salary: £58,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Support Manager to join our children’s residential care division. This role offers the opportunity to provide flexible, high-quality support across multiple children’s homes, ensuring consistent standards of care and positive outcomes for children and young people.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing interim support to homes, offering expertise and additional capacity where needed.
  • Delivering audits, coaching, and mentoring to staff and management teams.
  • Offering management cover in homes without a registered manager, maintaining high standards of care.
  • Supporting staff teams to ensure safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environments.
  • In exceptional circumstances, taking on home registration responsibilities (not expected initially).
About You
We are looking for resilient, adaptable leaders with:
  • Significant experience in children’s residential care, ideally as a Senior or Peripatetic Registered Manager or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • The ability to quickly assess, stabilise, and strengthen services.
  • Flexibility to travel across the Leeds to Leicester region as required.
