The Role
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical records
- Monitor and assess residents’ health and wellbeing
- Carry out clinical tasks including bloods, catheter care, PEG care and tracheostomy care
- Support the care team to deliver person-centred care
- Maintain compliance with CQC standards and best practice
- Valid NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
- Experience in a care or nursing home setting preferred
- Competent in bloods, catheters, PEG and tracheostomy care
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Professional, reliable and compassionate approach
