- Recruit, train and develop a strong care team
- Build relationships with local authorities, professionals and private clients
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards
- Oversee day-to-day operations and care delivery
- Drive service growth and development
- Experience as a Registered Manager or a strong Deputy ready to step up
- Knowledge of domiciliary care regulations
- Confident leader with a hands-on approach
- Comfortable working in a start-up environment
- Able to start immediately
- £35,000 – £38,000 salary
