The Role
As Supported Living Deputy Manager, you will:
- Support the day-to-day management of six supported living sites
- Ensure high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities
- Assist in maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding standardsSupport staff supervision, training, and performance managementHelp oversee rotas, care planning, and risk assessments
- Work closely with families, professionals, and external agenciesContribute to service development and continuous improvement
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience within supported living, mental health, or learning disability services
- Previous senior or deputy-level experience (or strong team leader ready to step up)
- Good understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding procedures
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and support staff teams effectively
- A passion for delivering high-quality, outcome-focused support
