An established homecare service in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead and strengthen the service. The service currently delivers care to primarily private clients with some local authority packages.
This role would suit a strong and experienced leader who can review current practices, implement improvements, and build a high-performing team while continuing to grow care packages.

The Role
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service
- Lead and develop the care and office team
- Identify areas for improvement and implement stronger operational practices
- Grow care hours and develop new care packages
- Maintain high standards of care delivery and service management
- Support recruitment, staff development, and retention
- Previous experience managing or leading a domiciliary care service
- Proven ability to grow care packages and develop services
- Strong staff management and leadership skills
- Experience building and developing care teams
- Confident in improving processes and driving service performance
