The Role As Registered Care Home Manager, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of a 30-bed residential elderly care home
- Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered at all times
- Maintain full CQC compliance and work towards strong inspection outcomes
- Lead, supervise, and develop the staff team
- Manage budgets and ensure the financial performance of the service
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
- Drive continuous improvement and uphold excellent care standards
About You To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a residential elderly care setting
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality elderly care
