The Role As Registered Domiciliary Care Manager, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the domiciliary care service
- Drive growth and increase weekly care hours
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and care standards
- Recruit, lead, and develop a reliable care and office team
- Build strong relationships with service users, families, and local authorities
- Manage care packages, rotas, and operational performance
- Maintain high standards of person-centred care and safeguarding
About You To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
- Strong understanding of CQC compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Experience growing care hours and developing a service
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
- A proactive, growth-focused mindset
