About the Role As Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead, motivate and develop a skilled staff team
- Create a safe, nurturing, therapeutic home environment
- Ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding and compliance
- Achieve and maintain Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings
- Drive continuous improvement and quality standards
- Work closely with therapeutic professionals, education services and external partners
- Manage budgets, staffing, safeguarding and operational performance
š¤ About You We are seeking an experienced, resilient and compassionate leader with:
- Minimum 5 yearsā experience within residential childcare
- At least 2 yearsā experience managing and supervising staff
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young Peopleās Workforce (or equivalent)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (England)
- A proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- A child-focused, therapeutic approach
- Salary: Ā£47,500 ā Ā£55,000 per annum
- Quarterly performance bonuses up to Ā£18,000 per year
- Ā£5,000 relocation package (where applicable)
