An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Home Manager to lead and oversee a well-established elderly service across two locations in Croydon. This role is ideal for a strong, operationally focused leader who thrives in managing people, services, and outcomes.
🏡 About the Service

• 30 sheltered flats & 15 bedsitting flats across two sites
• Supporting elderly service users in a safe, supportive environment
• Established service with clear structures and strong teams in place

🔹 The Role You will be responsible for:

• Overall operational leadership across both locations
• Ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance
• Leading, motivating, and supporting staff teams
• Managing budgets, resources, and service performance
• Working closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders
• Driving quality, stability, and continuous improvement

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience within elderly care, housing, or community services
• Strong operational and people management skills
• Confident in compliance, governance, and service delivery
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support
• Open to candidates with strong leadership backgrounds, even if not currently registered
