About the Role As Senior Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing staff team
- Create a warm, safe, and structured home environment
- Deliver high-quality, child-centred care
- Drive continuous improvement and outstanding practice
- Achieve and maintain Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
- Work closely with therapeutic professionals, education services, and external agencies
- Ensure full compliance with regulations, safeguarding standards, and policies
š¤ About You We are looking for an experienced leader who is passionate about improving the lives of children.
You will have:
- Minimum 5 yearsā experience working in residential childcare
- At least 2 yearsā experience managing and supervising staff
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young Peopleās Workforce (or equivalent)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (England)
- A proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted inspections
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A child-centred, therapeutic approach
