We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nursing Home Manager to lead and manage a 17-bed nursing home in West Sussex. This role is ideal for a nurse leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and has proven experience in supporting residents living with dementia.
About the Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring it meets all regulatory requirements and provides the highest standard of person-centred care. You will lead and inspire your team, manage resources effectively, and build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and management to the nursing home team
- Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and NMC regulations
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality dementia care tailored to individual needs
- Manage staffing, training, and development to ensure excellent service provision
- Maintain accurate records and reports in line with regulatory requirements
- Be on-call as required to support the needs of the home
- NMC Registered (essential)
- Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a nursing home
- Strong background in dementia care
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Good understanding of CQC compliance and best practice in elderly care
