Location: Poole / Bournemouth area
Starting Salary: £45,000 + 20% Performance Bonus
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (with some on-call required)
Client Base: 100% private clients, mainly elderly care
Care Hours: Currently 500 per week – target to double by year end
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Registered Domiciliary Manager to take full responsibility for our established home care service in the Poole and Bournemouth area. With the owners looking to step back, this is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader to make the role their own and drive the service forward.
About the Role:
You will oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensure compliance with CQC regulations, and deliver high-quality, person-centred care to private clients. A key focus will be on service growth, with a goal of doubling care hours by the end of the year. This is a hands-on role where you will be given full autonomy to shape the future of the service.

- Recruit, mentor, and develop the care team
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and the community
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational performance
- Step into on-call responsibilities when needed to meet business needs
- Previous experience as a Registered Domiciliary Manager
- Proven track record of growing care services and achieving targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC compliance and regulations
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding care to elderly clients
