An established and supportive children’s residential care provider is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a warm, nurturing 6-bed (4 children) home in the peaceful countryside of Rainford, St Helens.
About the Role As Registered Manager, you’ll take overall responsibility for the leadership, compliance, and day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest quality of care for children with EBD/SEMH needs. You’ll guide, develop, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding outcomes and ensure full compliance with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.
