Business Development Manager – Private Homecare An excellent opportunity to join a well-established private homecare provider in Sheffield, focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred care to adults living independently in their own homes.

• 📍 Sheffield
• 💷 Salary: £35,000
• 🎯 Commission paid after 6-month probation
• 🧠 Experience in private homecare sales or business development is essential

🔹 About the Role You’ll play a key role in expanding a fast-growing private homecare service, which provides support such as:

• Personal care
• Companionship
• Medication support
• Live-in care
• Complex care packages
• Respite services

Your work will focus on attracting new private clients, strengthening referral pathways, and promoting the company’s reputation for delivering high-quality care.
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing and managing a robust pipeline of private clients
• Building relationships with local hospitals, GP surgeries, community teams, charities, and self-funding families
• Creating strategies to increase enquiries, assessments, and conversions
• Attending community events and networking opportunities
• Working closely with the Registered Manager to align growth with operational capacity
• Producing local marketing campaigns and partnership opportunities

🔹 Who We're Looking For:

• MUST have knowledge or experience specifically within the private homecare market
• Strong sales, networking, or business development background
• Confidence in presenting services to families and professionals
• Results-driven, relationship-focused, and commercially minded
• Understanding of the needs of self-funding clients is highly desirable
