Key Requirements
- Minimum Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 preferred)
- Previous Team Leader or senior support experience
- Strong experience supporting learning disabilities and complex needs
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
- Supervise, mentor, and support support staff
- Contribute to care planning, risk assessments, and compliance
- Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for service users
- Support the overall smooth running of the service
- £30k–£34k salary
