Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (with some on-call required)

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Registered Domiciliary Manager to lead the launch and growth of a brand-new domiciliary care service in Eastbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven leader to take full ownership of a start-up service and help shape its success from day one.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for registering with the CQC, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. A key part of the role will be driving service growth, building relationships within the community, and recruiting and developing a strong team to support clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Register with CQC as the Registered Manager
- Oversee the start-up and growth of a new domiciliary care service
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding regulations
- Lead recruitment, training, and development of care staff
- Deliver excellent leadership and inspire high-quality care delivery
- Manage resources, budgets, and service performance effectively
- Take part in on-call responsibilities as required
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent / working towards)
- Previous management experience within domiciliary care (essential)
- Proven ability to grow services and lead successful teams
- Strong understanding of compliance and CQC regulations
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Salary up to £37,000 per annum + performance bonus
