We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Home Manager to lead a well-established 60-bed nursing home specialising in dementia care and supporting residents with complex needs. 🔹 The Role: As Care Home Manager, you will:
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home
- Ensure exceptional clinical standards and CQC compliance
- Provide strong leadership and governance across all departments
- Work closely with a Deputy Matron and supportive operations team
- Lead, inspire and motivate clinical and non-clinical staff
- Drive continuous improvement and person-centred care delivery
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with management experience
- Hold or be working towards Level 5 Leadership in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Proven track record as a CQC Registered Manager
- Strong background in elderly and dementia care
- Skilled in people management, budget control and compliance
- Passionate about delivering relationship-centred, high-quality care
- £60,000 – £70,000 salary (depending on experience)
