Location: Chester Area
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Performance Bonus
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (with on-call responsibilities)
Start Date: Immediate
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Registered Domiciliary Manager to take charge of an established domiciliary care service in the Chester area. With 300 weekly care hours currently delivered, the goal is to grow the service to 1000 hours by the end of the year.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a leader with strong knowledge of domiciliary care and the passion to grow and develop services, while ensuring the highest quality of care delivery.
About the Role:

• Oversee day-to-day management of the domiciliary service
• Register with CQC and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Focus on growth and development, working towards increasing care hours to 1000pw
• Lead, mentor, and support a growing care team
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders
• Ensure delivery of person-centred care across elderly and complex care packages
• Take part in on-call responsibilities as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Registered Domiciliary Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up)
• Proven experience in growing domiciliary care services
• Knowledge of elderly care (essential) with exposure to or interest in complex care
• Excellent leadership, compliance, and organisational skills
• Strong communicator with the ability to inspire teams
