Registered Homecare Manager

Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care (Home Care)
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum (Negotiable DOE)
Location: Norfolk 
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead and develop a growing domiciliary care service delivering approximately 250 care hours per week across 13 clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with a passion for high-quality care, compliance, and service development.
Key Responsibilities:

• Overall operational management of the domiciliary care service
• Ensuring full CQC compliance and maintaining high care standards
• Managing, supporting, and developing the care team
• Overseeing care planning, quality assurance, and service delivery
• Managing rota planning with visits scheduled 30 minutes apart
• Building positive relationships with service users, families, and professionals
• Supporting service growth and business development

Service Overview:

• Approx. 250 care hours per week - Looking to grow
• 13 clients (Currently)
• Service users aged 18–95

Essential Requirements:

• Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Leadership & Management) or working towards
• Minimum 2 years’ management experience within domiciliary care or similar setting
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Good understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
