We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a minimum of 5 years’ general nursing experience to join a well-established care home in the Maidstone area.
This is a senior clinical role supporting the Home with resident enquiries, pre-assessments, admissions, auditing, and working as Nurse in Charge.

The Role
- Manage resident enquiries and conduct pre-admission assessments
- Support and coordinate new admissions
- Act as Nurse in Charge on shift
- Complete clinical audits and support governance processes
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care
- Maintain compliance with CQC standards and NMC guidelines
- Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- Valid NMC PIN
- Minimum 5 years’ general nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
- Previous nursing home experience preferred
