Salary: Up to £55,000 (dependent on experience) 10% annual bonus

Service: Well-established 2-bed EBD home with two very settled young people 🌟 About the Opportunity We are looking for a committed and child-focused Registered Manager to lead our well-established 2-bed EBD home Buckinghamshire. The service supports two settled young people and benefits from a stable, experienced staff team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Manager or a strong Deputy ready for progression.
šŸ§’ What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Ensuring high-quality, safe, and nurturing care for young people with emotional and behavioural needs
  • Leading, supporting, and developing the staff team
  • Overseeing safeguarding, risk management, and regulatory compliance
  • Ensuring the home meets Children’s Homes Regulations & Quality Standards
  • Maintaining strong multi-agency relationships
  • Driving continuous improvement and readiness for Ofsted inspections
  • Managing budgets, resources, and rota planning
  • Leading placement planning, reviews, and behaviour support strategies
šŸŽ“ What We’re Looking For
  • Experience working within a children’s residential setting (EBD)
  • Strong knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
  • Leadership experience – either as an RM or a Deputy ready to step up
  • A child-centred approach with excellent safeguarding practice
  • Ability to motivate, develop, and oversee a staff team
  • Confident in decision-making, problem-solving, and managing incidents
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)
