Service: Well-established 2-bed EBD home with two very settled young people š About the Opportunity We are looking for a committed and child-focused Registered Manager to lead our well-established 2-bed EBD home Buckinghamshire. The service supports two settled young people and benefits from a stable, experienced staff team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Manager or a strong Deputy ready for progression.

š§ What Youāll Be Responsible For
- Ensuring high-quality, safe, and nurturing care for young people with emotional and behavioural needs
- Leading, supporting, and developing the staff team
- Overseeing safeguarding, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Ensuring the home meets Childrenās Homes Regulations & Quality Standards
- Maintaining strong multi-agency relationships
- Driving continuous improvement and readiness for Ofsted inspections
- Managing budgets, resources, and rota planning
- Leading placement planning, reviews, and behaviour support strategies
- Experience working within a childrenās residential setting (EBD)
- Strong knowledge of Childrenās Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
- Leadership experience ā either as an RM or a Deputy ready to step up
- A child-centred approach with excellent safeguarding practice
- Ability to motivate, develop, and oversee a staff team
- Confident in decision-making, problem-solving, and managing incidents
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)
