The Role
- Support the Home Manager with the development and opening of a new nursing unit
- Provide strong clinical leadership on shift
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care
- Lead best practice in dementia care
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal governance
- Support audits, medication management and clinical documentation
- Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- Valid NMC PIN
- Previous nursing home experience
- Strong dementia care background
- Senior or leadership experience preferred
