An established nursing home is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a dynamic clinical team delivering high standards of care to residents within a small, focused service.

The Role
- Deliver high-quality nursing and person-centred care
- Lead and support the care team on shift
- Carry out clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management
- Maintain accurate records and ensure CIW compliance
- Support residents with complex nursing, physical disability, and long-term care needs
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
- Previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting (preferred)
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and person-centred approach
