Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm / 8am–4pm (flexible, with on-call as required)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Domiciliary Manager to lead a well-established service in the Slough area. With 1500 weekly care hours already being delivered, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader to manage a busy service, ensure compliance, and drive ongoing quality improvements.
About the Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the service, including compliance with CQC requirements, managing staff performance, and ensuring high-quality care delivery to elderly clients in the community. You will also provide strong leadership, overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of operations while remaining flexible to meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements
- Lead and inspire the care team to deliver excellent elderly care
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to support service quality
- Oversee and monitor 1500 care hours per week
- Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and external partners
- Fulfil on-call duties as required to meet business needs
- Previous experience as a Registered Domiciliary Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up)
- Background in elderly care (essential)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and safeguarding requirements
- Ability to start immediately
