Care Manager – Domiciliary Care
Location: Slough
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm / 8am–4pm (flexible)
Care Hours: 1500 per week
Client Group: Elderly

On-Call/Rotas: Not required
We are looking for a dedicated and organised Care Manager to join a well-established domiciliary care service in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role within a busy service delivering 1500 weekly care hours to elderly clients in the local community.
About the Role:
As Care Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of the service, ensuring high standards of care delivery, compliance, and staff support. Unlike many similar roles, this position does not require on-call or rota responsibilities, allowing you to focus on quality, service development, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding requirements
• Support and supervise care staff to maintain high-quality service delivery
• Build strong relationships with elderly clients, families, and external partners
• Oversee and monitor 1500 weekly care hours

Requirements:

• Previous management or senior care experience within domiciliary care
• Strong understanding of elderly care and person-centred support
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Ability to start immediately
