Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (no on-call currently)
Start Date: Immediate
Care Hours: 200 per month
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Domiciliary Manager to oversee a domiciliary care service providing high-quality care within the community. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an elderly care background who is passionate about delivering person-centred support and developing services.
About the Role:
You will take responsibility for the daily management of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and the delivery of safe, effective care. With a current provision of 200 care hours per month, you will also have the opportunity to influence future growth while building strong client and staff relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the domiciliary service
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements
- Lead, support, and develop the care team
- Deliver excellent standards of elderly care in the community
- Maintain strong communication with clients, families, and external stakeholders
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy within domiciliary care
- Strong background in elderly care
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of CQC compliance and best practice in community care
- Ability to start immediately
- Competitive salary of £35,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday working pattern (no on-call currently)
