We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a growing supported living service in the Leigh / Wigan area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking provider as we expand our services and strengthen our partnerships.
🔹 The Service
Supported living for young adults with mental health needs
Current services include:
2-bedded home
1 solo placement service
Additional new service launching soon
Contract in place with St Helens Local Authority for adult domiciliary care provision
🔹 The Role
As Registered Manager, you will:
Lead, inspire and develop staff teams across services
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and contractual obligations
Manage operational and financial performance
Work closely with commissioners and external stakeholders
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care for service users
🔹 About You
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards)
Experience managing supported living or mental health services
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Passionate about empowering young adults to achieve independence
