About the role:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a busy domiciliary care service
- Ensure full CQC compliance, quality standards, and safe care delivery
- Lead, develop, and support the staff team
- Office-based initially, with hybrid working available after probation
- Drive service quality, continuity of care, and positive outcomes for service users
- Proven domiciliary care management experience (essential)
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
- Ability to manage a service delivering 2000 care hours
- Full UK driving licence required
- Passion for delivering outstanding elderly care in the community
