🔹 Your Role As the Registered Manager, you will:

• Oversee both the domiciliary care provision and the LD assisted living service
• Ensure CQC compliance, high care standards, and person-centred support
• Lead, motivate, and nurture an established, passionate team
• Support ongoing development, service improvement, and community connections
• Build strong relationships with service users, families, local partners, and stakeholders

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Experience in domiciliary care and/or supported living
• Strong leadership and operational management skills
• Understanding of elderly care and learning disabilities
• Someone who values teamwork, compassion, and empowerment
• A Manager who thrives in a supportive, community-focused environment
