Responsible to: Registered Home Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our nursing team in the Haverfordwest area.
You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care to promote the health, wellbeing and dignity of residents at all times. You will lead shifts, supervise care staff and ensure high standards of clinical practice in line with Welsh regulations and NMC standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and receive handover at the beginning of each shift
- Deliver and supervise high-quality nursing and personal care
- Complete and review care plans and risk assessments (Waterlow, MUST, etc.)
- Administer medication safely in line with NMC guidance
- Make referrals to GPs and allied healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support and supervise care staff on shift
- Ensure safeguarding, infection control and health & safety compliance
- Valid NMC PIN
- Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Welsh care regulations
- Ability to work both days and nights
