About the Role We are seeking experienced, resilient Registered Nurses to join our clinical team within a 60-bed care home with nursing, including dementia and end-of-life care wards. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires excellent clinical decision-making, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong commitment to person-centred care.
You will be responsible for delivering high standards of nursing care, coordinating with the wider multidisciplinary team, and supporting colleagues across day and night shifts.

- Experience in residential, dementia or palliative care preferred
- Able to handle complex cases, emergencies and busy shift patterns
- Confident in leading care assistants and supporting junior colleagues
- Flexible to work a mixture of days, nights and weekends on a rolling rota
- Towns/Areas: Fulham, Battersea, Wandsworth, Clapham, Putney, Kensington, Hammersmith
- Nearest Tube Stations: Sloane Square (District/Circle), South Kensington (Piccadilly/District/Circle), Gloucester Road
