- Strong ability to build meaningful relationships with young people with complex needs
- Evidence of contributing to positive outcomes and behavioural change
- An authentic, grounded leadership style shaped by real practice

Essential Background 📌
- Residential childcare experience with consistent career progression
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Deputy Manager
- Demonstrated success achieving positive outcomes for young people
- Strong leadership qualities, emotional intelligence, and a passion for youth development
- Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Level 5 Leadership & Management (completed, in progress, or willing to begin)
- Enhanced DBS
- Age 25+
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team
