A full-time Deputy Manager position is now available at a well-established nursing home in Crewe. This role requires an experienced, clinically capable deputy with a strong background in nursing home leadership. You will support the Home Manager with clinical oversight, governance, staffing, quality improvement and overall operational management.

About the Role

• Full-time position with a blend of supernumerary hours and nursing shifts where required
• Support with day-to-day service management
• Nursing oversight, assessments, and clinical governance
• Completion of audits and quality assurance
• Staff management and leadership
• Contribute to occupancy and maintaining high standards of care
• Flexibility required to support the Home Manager and cover shortfalls when needed

What We’re Looking For

• RGN / RMN / RNLD with active NMC pin
• Previous Deputy Manager experience within a nursing home (essential)
• Strong knowledge of compliance, safeguarding, audits, and best practice
• Experienced leader with the ability to support and guide the team
• Confident supporting a busy, high-performing service
