About the Role
- Full-time position with a blend of supernumerary hours and nursing shifts where required
- Support with day-to-day service management
- Nursing oversight, assessments, and clinical governance
- Completion of audits and quality assurance
- Staff management and leadership
- Contribute to occupancy and maintaining high standards of care
- Flexibility required to support the Home Manager and cover shortfalls when needed
- RGN / RMN / RNLD with active NMC pin
- Previous Deputy Manager experience within a nursing home (essential)
- Strong knowledge of compliance, safeguarding, audits, and best practice
- Experienced leader with the ability to support and guide the team
- Confident supporting a busy, high-performing service
- £47,000 per year
