About the Role We are seeking an experienced Unit Lead (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join a well-established nursing home service in the Crewe area. This role combines clinical nursing shifts with dedicated supernumerary time for leadership and managerial duties.
You will work as one of two nurses on shift and provide strong clinical oversight, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a unit within the home, ensuring high standards of clinical and personal care
- Work clinically on shift while supporting the wider nursing and care team
- Complete managerial duties during allocated supernumerary time
- Support audits, compliance, and governance activities
- Assist with staff supervision, development, and day-to-day coordination
- Maintain high-quality documentation and care planning
- RGN, RMN, or RNLD with valid NMC registration
- Experience working in a nursing home environment
- Previous senior nurse or unit lead experience
- Confident clinical skills and strong leadership abilities
- Full flexibility to work a combination of clinical and supernumerary hours
- £21.88 per hour with paid breaks
