Business Development Manager – Care Sector
Salary: £28,000–£33,000 + performance-based incentives
Hours: Full time, 2 hybrid days per week
Base: Office & field-based
Travel: Covering Hertfordshire & Staffordshire service regions
We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Manager with a passion for growth and relationship-building across health & social care. This is an exciting opportunity to help expand high-quality domiciliary care and supported accommodation services while working closely with local authorities, commissioners, and partner organisations.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving new business across Hertfordshire & Staffordshire
• Building strong relationships with commissioners, brokers & referrers
• Supporting tender/bid activity and developing new service pipelines
• Representing the organisation at key meetings, events & networking forums
• Identifying opportunities in supported living and domiciliary care markets

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in business development, referrals, placements, or sales (care sector preferred)
• Understanding of domiciliary care and/or supported accommodation
• Confident communicator with a proactive, ambitious approach
• Ability to work both independently and within a supportive wider team
• Happy to travel across regional services
