A prestigious Harley Street Hair Transplant Clinic is seeking an experienced ODP to join their highly skilled surgical team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within one of London’s most respected private cosmetic and hair restoration clinics, known for exceptional patient care and surgical excellence.

You will play a central role in supporting theatre operations, ensuring every surgical procedure runs safely, smoothly, and to the highest clinical standards. The ideal candidate will bring confidence, professionalism, and excellent communication skills to this fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

About the Role
You will play a central role in supporting theatre operations, ensuring every surgical procedure runs safely, smoothly, and to the highest clinical standards. ODP Key Responsibilities
- Operating Theatre Preparation: Ensure the operating theatre is fully sterilized and prepared for procedures.
- Equipment Preparation: Prepare and organize necessary equipment for surgeries.
- Sterilization: Sterilize materials, gloves, and gowns.
- Inventory Counts: Perform initial counts of sponges, instruments, and needles.
- Team Coordination: Liaise with other nurse teams throughout the surgical process.
- Post-Surgery Care: Assist with dressing wounds and preparing the patient for the recovery room.
- Surgical Assistance: Assist the surgeon throughout the procedure with various tasks.
- Qualifications: Formal nursing qualifications are required.
- Experience: Must have experience with WHO checklists, team briefings, and strong communication skills.
- Flexibility: Must live locally and be flexible to cover shifts as per the rota. On-call duties after the surgical list are also required.
