Registered Domiciliary Manager – Ilkeston An excellent opportunity for an experienced Domiciliary Care professional to take full ownership of a growing and well-supported elderly care service.
🔹 Key Details:

• 📍 Ilkeston
• 💷 Salary: Up to £50,000
• 🕒 40 hours per week
• 📞 On-call 1 in 6 weeks (paid additionally)
• 👵 Elderly care service
• 🚗 Full driving licence & access to a vehicle required

🔹 What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading and developing the domiciliary care service
• Ensuring compliance, quality, and person-centred delivery
• Managing care staff, rota oversight, and service development
• Driving growth while maintaining exceptional care standards

🔹 What They’re Looking For:

• Experience in domiciliary care management
• Strong leadership & organisational skills
• Ability to drive service quality and operational performance
• Confident understanding of CQC standards
