We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team, providing high-quality clinical support across our four care homes in the Scarborough area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse who enjoys variety and is confident working within different care settings.
Role Overview As an RGN, you will deliver person-centred nursing care, ensuring residents’ wellbeing and dignity are always prioritised. You’ll work collaboratively with the wider care teams in each home, supporting a consistent standard of care and compliance across all services.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and monitor high-quality nursing care in line with NMC standards.
- Administer and record medications safely and accurately.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care coordination.
- Supervise and support care teams to maintain best practice.
- Contribute to care planning and documentation across all homes.
- NMC Registered Nurse (Adult).
- Minimum 1 year’s post-registration experience within a care home or clinical setting.
- Confident in adapting to different environments and working with diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Competitive hourly rate of £19.02.
- Full-time hours (37.5 per week, days).
