About the Home
In my work supporting children’s residential services, I’m always drawn to organisations that genuinely put care before profit — and this home is a standout example. Their focus on therapeutic, psychologically-informed practice means managers are truly supported to create nurturing, loving environments for young people. What stands out most to me is the organisation’s commitment to giving managers real autonomy, backed by strong clinical, operational and safeguarding support. If you’re passionate about leading a warm, resilient team and making a life-changing impact for children, this could be the perfect fit.
