Service Manager – Domiciliary Care
📍 Location: Northampton or Oxford (preference for your local branch)
💷 Salary: £29,120 per year (pro rata)
🕒 Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
🚗 Mileage paid for assessments
We’re looking for a motivated Service Manager to support the running of a well-established domiciliary care service currently delivering around 1,000 care hours per week. You’ll play a key role in managing daily operations, supporting care teams, and ensuring quality, person-centred care across the service.

• Experience in domiciliary or community care management
• Strong understanding of CQC standards and care delivery
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A proactive, organised approach to service management
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
